Hi everybody!!

My name is Brooke Adams, and I'm from a tiny place called Indian Land, SC. It's 5 minutes from Charlotte, NC, since I know no one would know where that was! I'm 19 and a sophomore at Clemson University! I love being at Clemson. I'm involved with FCA and Crusade.

I just recently got back from a Spring Break mission trip to Washington, DC with FCA! I've been going on short mission trips with my church and with FCA since I was little, but this summer's trip to Nicaragua will be my first long term trip. I'm so excited about it! I can't wait to go away with God and do His work all summer!

My passion is people especially children. I'm an Early Childhood Education major, and I want to teach 1st grade when I get out of school. However, God has been breaking my heart for the children across the world. At Passion 2010 a woman spoke to us about her orphanage in Uganda, and it broke my heart. So I'm not sure if God is calling me to missions for the rest of my life or not, but I'm sure He is this summer!

In my free time I love playing soccer or volleyball or just hanging out with my friends! I have a crazy, fun group of friends here so we love to get into things. I'm also a big Clemson sports fan! I love going to football games, basketball games, and baseball games! Also, I love Dave Barnes, songs and funny videos. He's hilarious!

I'm not the biggest reader, but I loved Redeeming Love and I'm working on Crazy Love right now. Both are pretty awesome!

I can't wait to meet all of you and see what all that God is doing in you lives! This summer is going to be amazing :)
